About the role

As an immigration employee at Aspia, you will work operationally and advisory with all or parts of the process regarding work permits and related permit types. You will play a central role in ongoing client assignments and be responsible for direct client contact, guiding both employers and individuals through complex regulations in a professional and trustworthy manner.

The role also involves contributing to building and further developing Aspia's delivery in immigration, in close collaboration with colleagues in relocation, tax, payroll, HR, and consulting. Together, we create a cohesive offering where we can support the end customer throughout the entire chain, from initial recruitment and permit processes to establishment, ongoing employment, and further relocation.

Examples of tasks

• Independent handling and administration of various types of work permits and related permits.
• Ongoing client contact and advisory in ongoing assignments.
• Quality assurance of documents, applications, and processes.
• Dialogue with authorities and other relevant parties.
• Contribute to the development of working methods, routines, and offerings in the immigration field.

Your profile

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you have at least three years of documented and practical experience in handling and administering work permits. You are confident in regulations, processes, and various permit types related to labor immigration. You are used to working independently with your own responsibility for cases and clients and thrive in a role with direct client contact and high-quality demands. You have a very good ability to express yourself in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented. You inspire confidence, are pedagogical in your communication, and have a professional demeanor even in complex or time-pressured situations. You appreciate being part of building something long-term and value collaboration.
